Established in September 2019 as a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Corporation in Tennessee, Soaring To Success provides online drone instruction, consulting , and drone flight instruction services. Soaring To Success has been a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) since 2019. Cedric Divine, Founder and Chairman, is a service-related disabled Vietnam War Era Veteran. He has been an FAA Certified Remote Pilot since 2016. Mr. Divine has been actively involved in the drone industry since 2010, with expertise in drone equipment, software, and extensive knowledge of various types of drones used to complete specific projects. Since 2015 he has been a certified Farm Service Agency (FSA) Farmer. Mr. Divine has over 40 years’ experience as an electronics technician and 30 years as a low voltage technician for the State of Tennessee

WHO WE ARE

Cedric Divine, Chairman, is a service-related disabled Vietnam War Era Veteran. He has been a FAA Certified Remote Pilot since 2016. Mr. Divine has been actively involved in the drone industry since 2010, with expertise in drone equipment, software, and extensive knowledge of various types of drones used to complete specific projects. Since 2015 he has been a Certified Farm Service Agency (FSA) Farmer.

 

Mr. Divine has over 40 years of experience as an electronics technician.

 

He is also an excellent drone pilot with amazing creative skills and is an instructor of many students who through his tutelage have acquired drone pilot skills.

Teresa Allen is a Visual Observer, Mother, and Grandmother. Ms.Allen is trained to assist pilots on construction sites and energy platforms.

Ms. Allen's many years as a security professional  have contributed to her excellent observation skills. That with her formal training as a skilled Visual Observer makes her an asset to the team, and enables her to train other Visual Observers.

Fawn Hentrel is the founder of Accendi Group, a prestigious consultancy, with a track record spanning 20+ years. She adeptly meshes human resource strategies, talent management, and organizational structures with business goals. Ms. Hentrel's leadership experience spans diverse sectors—banking, media, construction, and public services—benefiting both startups and established giants like Deutsche Bank and MTV Networks.

Outside Accendi, Ms. Hentrel is a beacon of thought leadership in small business and HR, actively contributing insights on trends and challenges to boards. She holds an MBA in human resource development from the University of Phoenix and a BA in international business and marketing from Simmons University. Ms. Hentrel's extensive publications and her role as host of the Future of Enterprise podcast solidify her position as a multi-talented professional.

For the past 11 years, Ms. Washington has been a dedicated attorney in the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. Alongside this role, she provides assistance to those harmed in car accidents and other injuries. Her primary commitment lies in advocating for abused and troubled children within the Memphis vicinity, stemming from her deep passion for their well-being.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Washington is involved in diverse ventures. She manages a landscaping company and possesses real estate holdings, including a commercial building and a veterans' residence.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003, followed by her graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2007. In addition to raising two sons, she mentors and legally represents numerous other children, considering them part of her extended family.
